ENCOR^® 412

Cement compatibility, alkali resistance, imparts water resistance. ENCOR® 412 latex is a non-ammonia version of ENCOR® 413 latex and developed for longer open time. ENCOR® 412 latex is an acrylic emulsion polymer specifically developed for use in the polymer modification of portland cement and other hydraulic cement compositions. Cementitious products modified with ENCOR® 412 latex show improved bond strength to a variety of substrates, including concrete and masonry, wood, and insulating foams. In addition, ENCOR® 412 latex improves the flexural and tensile strengths of hydraulic cement concretes. This multicomponent acrylic polymer resists saponification and demonstrates good exterior durability with resistance to UV light and moisture.
