As 3D printing gains momentum across consumer markets, Arkema and Carbon are demonstrating the value of their longstanding partnership, advancing digital manufacturing for next-generation footwear, sporting goods and consumer products. Arkema has inaugurated a new acrylic acid purification unit featuring an innovative process at its Carling site in France. This facility positions the Group among the most competitive players in Europe and contributes to the decarbonization of the European chemical industry. It is part of Arkema’s decarbonization investment program and supports the implementation of its ambitious climate plan.

Arkema has doubled production capacity at its Sant Celoni Crayvallac® rheology modifiers manufacturing site. This capacity increase is aligned with the Group’s strategy to address increasing customer demand for coatings, adhesives and sealants, driven by growing performance requirements across multiple industries including sustainable building, news energies and datacenter operations.
