Product overview
Styrene-acrylic binder designed for cost-effective elastomeric roof and wall coatings with enhanced dirt pick up resistance that is formulated without alkyphenolethoxylates. Can be used as a cement modifier in adhesive/base coats and dirt resistance finish coats, while also an excellent choice for use in exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) systems due to its excellent resistance to bulk water intrusion while allowing the passage of water vapor, and for its adhesion to a variety of construction substrates.
