For coil coating systems requiring Qualicoat Class-2 long-lasting durability and aesthetics, Arkema enables a “do more with less” approach by combining complementary technologies that boost performance and optimize material use. SYNOLAC® 9612 SD 75, a high-yield cycloaliphatic resin for RUV4 systems, delivers excellent gloss retention and competitive value in use. When paired with tailored additives to enhance surface quality and mechanical resistance, the solution can extend steel durability to 15+ years while improving coverage efficiency by up to 10%, helping coil coaters achieve premium finishes with lower overall consumption and cost.
