In formulations, organic powders confer a strong shear-thinning behavior leading to ease of mixing, pumping and applying, and an excellent viscosity recovery enabling high sag resistance.

Supplied under micronized form, they are easy to incorporate in formulations and will develop their rheology upon high shear stirring – which is commonly named activation. This video is an example on how to incorporate an organic powder.
